Automatic saving of access data
Every time a user accesses the stellenwerk website, the access data for the transaction is automatically saved in a log file. This includes general information such as the site from which the file was accessed, the name of the accessed file, the date and time of the access, the transmitted data volume, the protocol which was used, the features transmitted by the Internet browser, and possibly information about the operating system.
This general information is anonymised, i.e. it is not saved with any of your personal data at stellenwerk, and not merged with such data in any way. The newsletters are sent by the mail service provider "MailChimp," a newsletter dispatch platform from the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The mail service provider shall be employed on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sec. f. GDPR and a contract processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 para. 3 pg. 1 GDPR. The mail service provider can use the data of the recipients in pseudonymous form, i.e. without allocation to a user, to optimise or improve its own services, e.g. for technical optimisation regarding the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However, the mail service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them itself or to pass the data on to third parties.
Furthermore we use Mailgun a pervice provided by Mailgun,Inc. (620 Folsom St, Ste 100, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) to send our e-mails. This service may also collect information about the time and date at which messages were read by the user and when the user interacts with incoming messages (e.g. by clicking on links included therein). The Company is party to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles with the EU and is committed to complying with European data protection standards (https://www.mailgun.com/privacy-policy/).
When contacting us (e.g. by e-mail or telephone), the user's details are used to process the contact enquiry and to process it in accordance with the terms of the contract. Art. 6 para. 1 sec.b (within the framework of contractual / pre-contractual relations), Art. 6 para. 1 sec. f (other enquries) GDPR. The user data (company name, name and surname of the contact person, address, e-mail, telephone number) can be stored in a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM system) or comparable inquiry system.
Use of job portal; Registration Function
If you would like to use our portal to advertise job vacancies, you must register by entering your e-mail address and a password of your choice. We use a so-called double-opt-in procedure for registration. Your registration is therefore not complete until you have confirmed your registration via a confirmation email sent to you for this purpose by clicking on the link contained therein and thus activate your user account. If you do not promptly provide confirmation, your registration will automatically be deleted from our database.
When you use our portal, we store the data you provide during registration that is necessary to complete the contract. Furthermore, we store your voluntarily provided data for the duration of your use of our portal, unless you delete this data beforehand. You can manage and change all your data in the protected customer area. Once you have submitted your job posting, you can no longer make any changes to it yourself. However, you can use expired job postings as templates. If necessary, the details of the expired job postings can be updated for the new posting.
